At the February 13th Board of Directors meeting, the Board established an Architectural Committee. The intent of the committee is to provide the review of proposed architectural application submittals and landscape improvements of the homes in JP Ranch Maintenance Corporation. Understanding of plans and the architectural guidelines is a key role the committee will have.
