On November 29, 2018, the Annual Election for the JP Ranch Maintenance Corporation was conducted. On behalf of the Board of Directors, Management would like to thank those of you who participated. This year there were four (4) seats available; three (3) for a two (2) year term and one (1) for a one (1) year term. Congratulations to the following individuals elected to serve as Directors:
- Steven Berganini – Term Expires October 2020 – 40 Votes Received
- Brian Soerink – Term Expires October 2020 – 37 Votes Received
- Susan Bookman – Term Expires October 2020 – 29 Votes Received
- Barbara Joanne Morgan – Term Expires October 2019 – 28 Votes Received
The following individuals were not elected to serve as Directors:
- Thomasine (Tommie) Bradford – 22 Votes Received
- Mathew C. Hicks – 21 Votes Received
- Peggy (Margaret) St. Martin – 21 Votes Received
In regards to the IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604 results, of the 186 members represented in person or by ballot, 34 members voted in favor of applying excess income to the following year’s assessments, 3 member s voted against and 10 abstained.
At the organizational meeting held following the election, the Board of Directors was seated as follows:

- Vice President, Steven Berganini – Term Expires October 2020
- Secretary, Arlys Fillman – Term Expires October 2019
