D.R. Horton requested the new gate (closest to the sales office) remain open during business hours. The Board of Directors agreed and the new gate will be open Friday – Monday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Tuesday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

This gate has not been turned over to the JP Ranch Maintenance Corporation yet and still is maintained by D.R. Horton. The old gate will remain closed at all times. Thank you for your help while the sales team works diligently to bring new homeowners into the community.
